Accessibility at Veriflow
Read Deeply. Live Gently.
Our Commitment
At Veriflow, we believe that reading should be a universal experience, free from barriers. We are committed to ensuring that our digital presence is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We continuously strive to improve the usability of our website and digital products by adhering to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
We design with accessibility in mind from the ground up, using semantic HTML, clear navigation, and responsive layouts. If you encounter any difficulty accessing our content, please let us know so we can address the issue promptly.
Conformance Status
We have tested our website against the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard. Our goal is to ensure that our content is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users.

- Color Contrast: We adhere to a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text.
- Responsive Design: Our layouts adapt to various screen sizes, including mobile phones, tablets, and desktop monitors.
Known Limitations and Remediation
While we strive for perfection, we acknowledge that no website is entirely free of limitations. We are actively working to identify and resolve these issues.
Current Known Issues:
- Some older PDF documents in our archive may not meet the latest accessibility standards.
- Third-party social media embeds (e.g., Instagram, Twitter) are not fully controlled by Veriflow and may present accessibility challenges.
Remediation Timeline:
We have prioritized the remediation of the PDF archive and are currently migrating these documents to accessible HTML formats. We aim to complete this migration by Q3 2024. We are also working with our third-party partners to improve the accessibility of embedded widgets.
