Editorial Voice

What we're looking for

We are looking for writers who understand that slowness is a form of care. Our audience consists of thoughtful adults seeking depth over distraction. We publish long-form essays that explore the intersection of psychology, nature, creativity, and slow living.

Our editorial voice is calm, understated, and deeply researched. We value nuance over trends and personal reflection over opinionated debate. If your writing feels like a quiet conversation over tea rather than a shout in a crowded room, you are in the right place.

Topics we love include:

  • Ecopsychology & Nature Connection — exploring how the natural world shapes our inner lives.
  • Slow Living & Intentionality — practical essays on decluttering schedules, spaces, and minds.
  • Creative Practice — interviews and essays with artists, writers, and makers about their process.
  • Emotional Intelligence — thoughtful explorations of anxiety, grief, joy, and resilience.
  • Book Reviews & Literary Essays — deep dives into fiction and non-fiction that matter.
Editorial Boundaries

What we don't publish

We want to be transparent about our boundaries to ensure a good fit for both writers and readers. We do not publish:

  • Clickbait, listicles, or "top 10" lists that prioritize virality over substance.
  • Product reviews or sponsored content disguised as editorial.
  • Hard news, political commentary, or divisive activism.
  • Content that promotes harmful wellness trends, extreme diets, or medical misinformation.
  • Plagiarized work or previously published content.
