Membership Plans: Veriflow offers monthly and annual subscription plans to access our Digital Magazine and Reading Room archive. Annual plans are billed as one upfront payment.

Payment: We accept credit cards and other payment methods as specified at checkout. All payments are processed securely. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

While using Veriflow, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the service for any illegal purpose, to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts, or to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.

• Respect the Community: Comments and interactions within our community should be constructive, thoughtful, and free from harassment, hate speech, or spam.
• Personal Use: You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Veriflow content or platform.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your computer.

Ownership: Veriflow and/or its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the website, including but not limited to the content, features, and functionality of this website.

License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Veriflow grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the website and consume the content for your personal, non-commercial use solely for reading and research purposes.

User Contributions: You retain all rights to your own comments and contributions. By submitting content, you grant Veriflow a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content.

Free Trial: We offer a 30-day free trial for new subscribers. If you cancel within this 30-day window, you will not be charged.

Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period once payment has been processed. You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, if a technical issue prevents access to the service for a significant period, we may offer prorated credits or extensions at our discretion.

Veriflow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veriflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform; (iii) any content obtained from the platform; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration. You agree to arbitrate any dispute rather than litigate in court, except that you may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights.
